GARLIC BREAD stuffed or KNOTTY KNOT

For the dough:

3-cups of flour, bread or wheat flour

1 ½ teaspoons Dry yeast

1-cup water

1-teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients for Garlic:

6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

1-teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ cup olive oil

Ingredients for roasted black olive stuffing:

1-cup blackOlives, finely chopped

1-tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped

1 cup (4 ounces) mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:

Before the dough all the ingredients at room temperature. Prepare pastry. Add ingredients in order according to your bread machine. Select manual setting dough on your bread machine. Once the dough has manual adjustment finish it'sCycle, punch down dough and let the dough rest for five minutes.
