Boring copy killing your advertising message. You do not waste valuable time and throw your precious marketing dollars to write so stale as day old bread waste. Here are 5 easy steps to jazz writing, so that you are your readers to read it:
1. Write as you speak. The cardinal rule of text, this will help you to copy new life into otherwise dead. If you do this challenging, try to talk out loud and record what you are trying to say, to writeit later. In nine out of ten, you will say it better than you would ever write.
2. Speak directly to your reader. Do not use the word "you". Then use it again. Do not neglect this attention grabbing, attractive little word. Readers like to hear about themselves, and they want to feel as if you speak to them. Give them what they want.
3. Be brief. Nothing to lose a reader like a lazy run-on sentence. Use short sentences and paragraphs to help, keep readers in the game. Break complex ideas or more paragraphs, cut into bite-sized pieces. Of course, you do not want to take this too far. It is good to vary sentence length to sound more natural and less like a machine gun spits stuttering words.
4. Create a picture. Use words to make a picture in the light of your reader. "The hole was as big as a house." You get the idea. Remain Vivid word pictures with your readers and help them to stay onwith you.
5. Use action words. Avoid the passive voice - that the verbs, as for example "," "will," "was, were," then "being" means "was" and "become" are off-limits . Whenever you see such a word, ask them why it exists. If you keep persevering in it. But try to at least half of the verbs of elimination when you are tempted to use.
Following these tips you will guarantee your copy grabs attention and thrilled the audience.
